This is another one of my favorite products. It's great by itself for dipping Asian style chicken wings, fish, etc. It's good mixed with sour cream and a bit of mayo for a veggie dip. And I've made a pretty decent Thai style peanut dip by combing some peanut butter, some of the ginger chili sauce, and some hot water or chicken broth. Good for veggies or homemade Asian lettuce cups.
