We found another low sodium bacon!! This one is even better.. 54g for 150mg. It is Kirkland -Costco brand and it is great. It is nice to be able to have bacon in our house again.
I'm with you. I've used other brands of low sodium bacon, but the Kirkland brand is the lowest I've found so far. It's great to be able to use a couple of slices here and there to add flavor. I usually just cook an entire pound at a time and then portion it up into two-slice packets to freeze. How do you use it?

ReplyDeleteI freeze it as is, and cut vertically when needed, so I get little rectangles. I find, a little goes a long way!
